At Little Orbit Toys, we strive to provide high-quality children's toys and customer satisfaction.

Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
• The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
• The product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

To request a return, please email us with your order ID and clear images of the issue.

Refunds

• Once the return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side

Non-Refundable Items

• Opened or used Products
• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Orders placed during sales or promotions (unless defective)
• Gift cards or free promotional items
